UBIQCURE's Doctor Appointment Service is designed to make it easy and convenient for users to book appointments with their preferred Doctors online and visit the Clinic at their preferred time hence reducing the waiting time at the Clinic. By visiting our website users can search for Doctors, select from available slots, and track their appointments in real-time ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

How do I book an appointment with a Doctor?

To book an appointment please follow these steps:
  1. Visit our website at www.ubiqcure.com.
  2. Use the search bar to find your preferred Doctor.
  3. Select the Clinic location, date, and time slot from the available options.
  4. Confirm your booking by entering your phone number and verifying it with the OTP sent to your mobile.
  5. After successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation SMS on your registered mobile number with a TOKEN number along with a “Tracking URL”.

How do I know if my Doctor is available on UBIQCURE?

You can search for Doctors on the UBIQCURE platform by name, specialization, or location. The availability of Doctors will be displayed along with their profiles.

Are there restrictions on booking appointments?

You can only book appointments from the available slots shown on our website. If a slot is not available, it means that the Doctor is either fully booked or not available at that time.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment but please note the following:
  • Cancellations or rescheduling are not allowed within 24 hours of the appointment time.
  • To cancel or reschedule, log in to your account portal using your phone number and OTP.
  • Follow the instructions provided in the portal to complete the process.

How will I know if my appointment is confirmed?

Upon successful booking, a confirmation SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number. This SMS will contain all the necessary details about your appointment.

What should I do if I don't receive the confirmation SMS?

If you do not receive the confirmation SMS, you can resend it by:
  • Logging in to your account portal using your phone number and OTP.
  • Selecting the option to resend the booking confirmation SMS.

How can I track my appointment status?

To track your appointment status you can:
  • Use the URL provided in the confirmation SMS and email.
  • Alternatively, visit our website and click on "Track Your Appointment" then enter your Booking ID.

What information do I need to provide when booking an appointment?

You will need to provide your phone number, which will be used to send you an OTP for verification. You may also need to provide additional information such as your name, phone number, age, gender, and email.

What happens if I arrive late for my appointment?

If you arrive late for your appointment, the Doctor may still see you but it is at their discretion. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure a smooth process.

What if the Doctor cancels the appointment?

In the rare event that a Doctor cancels the scheduled appointment, you will be notified via SMS and email. You will have the option to Cancel or Reschedule the appointment or choose another Doctor. In case of Cancellation, a refund of the full amount will be initiated to the same payment mode.

What to do after reaching Clinic?

Upon reaching Clinic, please share your Token Number with the Receptionist or Doctor’s associates; they will verify you with your Name and registered Phone Number.

What if the Doctor arrives Clinic late or takes more time than the expected time without any prior information?

Doctors' first priority shall always be for emergency Patients, mostly OT Patients, and in such cases, the awaited waiting time gets longer and in some cases, it even gets canceled. Here the support team shall process the refund or shift the appointment to the next available date, keeping your preference in utmost priority.

Is my personal information secure with UBIQCURE?

Yes, we take the privacy and security of your personal information very seriously. We use the latest encryption technologies and comply with all relevant data protection regulations to ensure your information is safe.

Are there any charges for booking an appointment through UBIQCURE?

Yes, there is a nominal fee of ₹20 + 18% GST (or any platform charges) for booking an appointment through UBIQCURE. This fee helps us maintain and improve our services to provide you with the best experience possible.

What if I need to change my phone number after booking an appointment?

If you need to change your phone number after booking an appointment, please contact our support team for assistance. They will guide you through the process of updating your information.

Can I book appointments for multiple Doctors at the same time?

Yes, you can book appointments for multiple Doctors, but you will need to complete each booking separately. Make sure to check the available slots and ensure there are no time conflicts between your appointments.

What is the refund procedure and time taken to process the refund claim?

UBIQCURE uses PhonePe Payment gateway and in case of refund claims, generally it takes 3-4 workings days maximum to get the refund claims settled.

What are your hours of operation?

Our website is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Support is available from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 09:00 pm IST and on Sunday's from 10:00 am - 04:00 pm IST.

Are Doctors available 24*7?

No, they aren’t available 24*7 presently. Our Doctors are available on mentioned time only.
