Cancellation and Refund policy
At UBIQCURE we strive to provide the best healthcare services and ensure customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair. Please read the following terms carefully:
1. Appointment Cancellation by User
Cancellation Timeframe:
Users can cancel their appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled slot.
Refund Amount:
A full refund of ₹20+GST per slot will be processed for cancellations made within the specified timeframe.
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
2. Appointment Cancellation by Doctor
Doctor-Initiated Cancellations:
If a doctor cancels the appointment for any reason the user will receive a full refund of ₹20+GST per slot.
Alternative Appointment:
Users will also have the option to reschedule their appointment with the same doctor or choose a different doctor at no additional cost. UBIQCURE will facilitate the rescheduling process to ensure minimal inconvenience.
3. No-Show Policy
User No-Show:
If a user fails to show up for their appointment without prior cancellation no refund will be issued. We encourage users to cancel their appointments in a timely manner to avoid this situation.
Doctor No-Show:
If the doctor is unavailable for the scheduled appointment and the user was not notified in advance a full refund of ₹20+GST per slot will be issued to the user. UBIQCURE will also assist in rescheduling the appointment at the user’s convenience.
4. Technical Issues
Payment Failures:
If a payment fails but the amount is debited from the user's account the user must contact our support team at info@ubiqcure.com. Upon verification of the transaction the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Service Interruptions:
In case of any technical issues or interruptions that prevent the user from availing the booked service a full refund of ₹20+GST per slot will be provided. Users should report any technical issues to our support team immediately.
5. Refund Request Process
Submitting a Request:
Users can submit a refund request by contacting our customer support team at support@ubiqcure.com or calling us at 9151003350.
Information Required:
To process the refund request users must provide:
Booking ID
Registered Phone Number
Reason for the Refund Request
Our support team will review the request and initiate the refund process accordingly.
6. General Conditions
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are only eligible for appointments booked and paid through the UBIQCURE website
(www.ubiqcure.com)
. Appointments booked through other platforms or directly with the doctor are not eligible for refunds through UBIQCURE.
Processing Time:
All refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the refund request is approved. Users will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Original Payment Method:
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the booking process. If the original payment method is no longer valid users must contact our support team for further assistance.
